Stamps for the Wounded
While this is not an operating event, our special event operations generate a lot of QSL requests.
We save the stamps from the incoming mail and send them to the Stamps for the Wounded program run by the Lions club.
This program helps provide physical therapy to wounded military veterans.
To date we have sent 72 pounds which we estimate at around a quarter million stamps.
